PRIZES

1st Place:  $100 Visa Gift Card, a Hoodie and a Mug with your design, your choice of free rentals (a $200 value), and recognition on Facebook and Instagram.

2nd Place: $50 Visa Gift Card, a T-Shirt and a Mug with your design, your choice of free rental (up to $100), and recognition on Facebook and Instagram.

3rd Place: $50 Visa Gift Card, a Mug with your design, your choice of free rental (up to $50), and recognition on Facebook and Instagram.

DESIGN RULES AND GUIDELINES

1. Artwork can include drawings, paintings, or computer-generated material.

2. All entries should include the original file, a vector-based EPS file, or a high-resolution PNG file.

3. Designs may not exceed 10” wide by 11” high.

4. Designs must include "Wellington Lake" with the option of including “Wellington Reservoir”, or “Castle Mountain Recreation” or depict recreational activities at Wellington Lake

5. Winning Designs will appear on the front of a solid-color shirt.

6. Winning Designs will be printed in up to five solid colors. Gradients and transparencies cannot be incorporated.

7. Designs must be wholly original. By submitting a design, you are guaranteeing that you hold original rights to everything in it. Once submitted, you grant permission to the Wellington Reservoir Company and its subsidiaries, without any additional compensation or licensing fees, to utilize the design in any way the Company sees fit, including the authorization that it may be printed on apparel for resale, and that it does not contain any copyrighted material.

8. Individuals are limited to (3) entries. Entries can be submitted by an individual or as a collaborative effort. See more on collaborative efforts below.

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to anyone ages 18 and older.

2. Entries become the property of Castle Mountain Recreation.

3. Castle Mountain Recreation reserves the right to adjust all entries, including colors of the design and the shirt.

4. Collaborative entries should use the name of your local group when possible. No entry using the name of a company will be accepted. Recognition on www.castlemountainrec.com and social media may include each contributing member to of the group submitting a collaborative entry when feasible. Should a collaborative entry win, the winning group is responsible for determining how any prize will be shared within the group.

HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED

1. There will be three rounds of voting:

   • Round 1: Castle Mountain Recreation will select no more than 5 designs.

   • Round 2: The designs will be posted on social media and the three designs with the most votes will move on to the final round.

   • Round 3: Castle Mountain Recreation will select the winners based on the criteria below.

2. Designs will be judged on the following criteria:

   • Concept and originality.

   • Captures spirit of the Wellington Lake, Castle Mountain, Albino Sasquatch, or recreational activities at the lake.

   • Completeness of design and readiness for printing.

   • Feasibility of reproduction.

   • Adherence to design and submission rules and guidelines.

HOW WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED

How Winners Will Be Notified

1. Winners will be notified by email at the close of the voting period, via the information provided during entry. At the sole discretion of Wellington Lake, disqualification, forfeiture, and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following:

   • Winner's failure to respond to notification within three (3) business days after its transmission.

   • The return of an email notification as un-deliverable after three (3) attempts.

   • Winner's failure to provide original design files.

2. Upon contacting a winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements of the contest, such individual will be declared a "winner" of the contest via social media, and on www.castlemountainrec.com.

Submission Agreement

1. To release the rights to your design to Castle Mountain Recreation for the use of the Wellington Lake t-shirt and other promotional items, including, but not limited to the website, social media, and marketing materials.

2. That Castle Mountain Recreation reserves the right to adjust the winning designs.

3. That winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prizes.

4. To abide by all contest rules, agreements, and guidelines.

5. Castle Mountain Recreation reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify the number of prizes at any point with or without notice depending on quality or quantity of submissions.
